The bag has a adj.shoulder and waist strap.The bag is a greenish -kahki canvas material and the bottom is a greenish - tan color.
on each side of the bag there is a small pouch with button closure. On the front top flap of the bagthere is a leather strap for closure and also on the bag there is a metal d ring for secureing the bag closed..In side the top flap it is stamped MADE IN FRANCE and some other printing with is a little hard to read. Also stamped in big it has different letters (D.S.C. some with different letters ) and dated 1940 and some other numbers under the date.Inside theWW11 FRENCH GAS MASK SHOULDER BAG there is a small pouch and a divider
and a metal support on the bottom of the bag. The bag with the outside pouches measures appox. 13 inches the height is 11 inches.
