- Welcome -Offering for sale is this early Vintage WW2 Era 1940\'s Boy Scouts of America (BSA) UK? Air Scout Universal Wings Member Lapel Pin. It was made in America and it was manufactured by the Bastian Brothers Company (stylized as Bastian Bros. Co.Rochester, New York) based out of Rochester, New York) on back of the clasp. There are no markings on back of the pin. The wings are made of a silver plated nickle silver. It measures approximately an inch wide. Note it features the traditional Fleur De Lis inside a circle instead of the BSA emblem. The attention to detail of the wings is amazing.
