Featured in Paul Louis Johnson’s HORSES OF THE GERMAN ARMY WORLD WAR II, p.114. Stamped \"dny 1941.\" Manufactured by K.Bollmann, Tuttlingen--leading manufacturer of contract leather supplies issued by Wehrmacht.This leather pouch is fairly large, with 2 pockets for medical supplies for both rider and horse. Attaches directly to left side of saddle in lieu of saddlebag by 2 large top loops. Strong quality leather, and still in great shape. Very scarce item.
