WWI German Bavarian Turkish Circa 1917 Ersatz Bayonet Knife + Scabbard TR1874 For Sale

Turkish German Ersatz variation circa 1917, 14-3/8\" OAL, 9-5/8\" blade, and a inside socket diameter of approx. .610\". Very good showing some age patina, wear, use. This variant had the handle modified in order to accept the Turkish cross-guard. Some markings on the right guard, excellent working press-stud, scabbard fits nicely, bottom of guard is stamped with the Turkish half-moon and star mark. Scabbard shows some scattered dings on it, fits nicely in the bayonet and locks in.Turkey used just about every type of German Ersatz pattern bayonet and even some of the trench knife version German Ersatz.
