For sale is an original World War II U.S. Army M-1924 first-aid pouch manufactured by Cadillac Fabrics and dated 1942. The maker/date stamp is present on the pouch and reads “CADILLAC FABRICS 1942.”
This khaki web-canvas pouch was intended to carry an individual Carlisle first-aid dressing/packet and was worn as part of U.S. Army field equipment during WWII. It has the classic early-war M-1924 pattern, including the light-khaki canvas construction and rear wire hooks for mounting to compatible U.S. web belts and equipment.

The canvas has overall age toning, staining/discoloration, fading, light soiling, edge wear, and areas of loose/frayed thread. The metal hardware has darkened finish loss, oxidation/patina, and surface wear consistent with age and use. Both rear wire hooks are present, as is the front closure hardware.
