Walking Dead #36 CGC 10.0 GEM MINT!
THE SINGLE HIGHEST GRADED COPY IN EXISTENCE!
1 of 1 = A TRUE ONE OF A KIND!
*NOTE: There is a ComicConnect.com sticker on the top back of the CGC case
THIS IS MY ONE AND ONLY COPY PERIOD OF THIS BOOK & IT IS SUPER RARE!
*NOTE: No CGC case is perfect - I have over 1,000 graded comics in my personal collection and nearly all of their cases have minor shelf wear such as scuffs, minor scratches/cracks, tiny debris inside cases, and/or inner-well rainbow effect. All of these are typical of CGC cases - and come straight to me from CGC with these issues. Also, signatures in SS copies could have smudging from the live signing (another minor issue). While all of my graded comics for sale come in CGC cases any major defects beyond these will be noted in the listing. I do not accept returns on graded comics, especially for issues such as these.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CGC GRADED COMICS!!!
Buyer accepts these terms before offerding!
