The Princess phone is probably one of the most iconic phones of the 1960\'sand into the 1970\'s. Originally marketed as a bedside phone, its compact designmeant it did not take up a lot of room on the table. As an added feature theyinstalled an incandescent light bulb so that you could pick up the phone andmake a call in the dark without having to turn a light on. Bear in mind, thislight is very dim and can\'t be seen when the lights are on in the room, it wasonly bright enough to make the dial glow in the dark for dialing. Most peopledon\'t care about this option, so this is why I don\'t include the necessarytransformer kit with the phone, I sell it separately so you don\'t have to payfor something you don\'t want. If you purchase the kit in a separate listing, Iwill refund back the shipping charged and send it along with your phone.Ringer:Some Princess ringers have the ability to be turned all the way off. There are a lot of Western Electric ringers that only have a low volume, some Princess ringers, thankfully, allow you to turn them all the way off. If you want this feature, please be sure to send me a separate note asking to be sure to send a phone that can have the ringer turned all the way off.

Hard of Hearing:I do have special handsets available for the hard of hearing. These are original Western Electric G6 handsets that were designed specifically to go with Western Electric telephones. The quality and clarity of these handsets can\'t be beat. Send me a message after you purchase the phone and I will set up a special listing to purchase the upgrade.

No Landline? No problem.You can pair this up with your cell phone using the Cell2Jack and still have full function of this phone through your cell phone. Just add this listing to your of the phones I sell are refurbished to look and work like new. Thisincludes cleaning and lubricating dials, cleaning contacts on TouchTone keypads,updating wiring.

All phones are adapted for modular use, so all you have to do is plug the phonein and use it.

The exterior of plastic and Bakelite phones are polished to a high polish usingcommercial buffing equipment.

In the case of age discolored plastic phones, I have them repainted at aprofessional paint shop using the same materials and methods used by the phone company for a very durable, high shine.

About Digital Dialing:

• If you have digital phone service, you will probably be unable to dial out with this phone. This is correctable by adding a digital converter to the phone. With this device installed you will be able to use this phone on any digital system.
• If you are using a Bluetooth connection, you will be able to dial out without needing a converter. Your phone will also ring just fine. I do have easy to use Bluetooth modu les available, you will find a link to it in the description above.
• Including a converter is an additional $70. If you want this option, message me for purchase instructions.

Warranty & Returns:

• I will fix your phone free of charge if you send it to me for as long as youown your phone. I will pay return shipping after repairs are made (USAonly). This warranty does not cover damage from drops, floods, lightning strike,misuse, or any other cause for failure outside of normal usage.
• If you do not like your phone for any reason, you are welcome to return it for afull refund within 30 days of the sale date. Shipping charges are notrefundable.
• I must receive the phone back in the same condition it was sent out. Soplease pack carefully. I will not refund if it is damaged in shipping. You\'llhave to file a claim with the post office.
