Up for sale is an authentic, original World War II-era Republic of China (Nationalist / KMT) flag. This piece is a classic US military "theater bring-back" souvenir from the China-Burma-India (CBI) or Pacific theater.Key Features & Construction:Design: 12-ray white sun in a blue canton on a red field (Blue Sky, White Sun, and a Wholly Red Earth).Production: Theater-printed on cotton/linen fabric. The reverse side shows a distinct, beautiful mirror ink bleed-through confirming its printed origin.Size: Small/Medium display size (theater-made variant).Markings: The hoist sleeve and fields are completely sterile without stamps or veteran signatures.Condition:The flag shows honest wartime use and age. It features significant, authentic UV light fading on the front presentation side, while the protected reverse side retains higher ink saturation.
