antique 19th c mexican retablo:

This Mexican retablo is clearly damaged. It appears to show a battle and the Virgin Mary in the top right corner. Some words can be deciphered while others are illegible. The date appears to be either 1913 or 1918. The Month is November. What makes this interesting is, that if it is November 1913, it could be a depiction one of the battles of the Mexican Revolution, which took place during that month and year.
