Look closely at the very bottom edge of the barometer dial, you can see the small text that reads:\"Copyright 1915 & 1922 Tycos Rochester N.Y. U.S.A.\"Period: Circa 1922–1930 (Copyright 1922 / Altitude Plate Patent 1914/ Case carries a stamped patent date of July 18 1918)
