Ummm....
It wasn't what I expected. I suppose I didn't read the description better, because then I would have known that the story had been changed for a younger audience. The characters appeared too juvenile (physically) and it kind of washed out the original story. So okay, I wasn't expecting steamy visuals, but coming from the series that I know and love this was a complete let down. I bought it and passed it around to my book club, and they all had the same reactions, with everyone (13 people) refusing to buy it. It's a nice way to introduce the series to a new audience, and manga always rocks, but this series I believe is best suited for graphic novels. I think that's a better medium to convey the Dark-Hunter series visually. But to be honest I found it to be a waste ... It wasn't what I expected. great book! simplifies the actual book! but if you want more details read &quot;night of pleasure!&quot; i really like all of the dark hunter books that i've read so far!
