The Waffle Shop was a business located in North Conway, New Hampshire, on White Mountain Highway. It appears to have been operational at least during the 1950s and 1960s, as indicated by vintage postcards of the location.

• Later Development: The cabins were eventually torn down, and a motel was constructed in their place, which also included owner quarters downstairs.
