How measurements are taken(with the garment laying on a flat surface):

Chest: on the front of the shirt, measure from pit to pit

Length: on the back of the shirt, measure from the bottom of the collar to the hem

Shoulder to Shoulder: top of the shoulder seam to the opposite shoulder seam

Sleeve Length: top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff
