Marked Made in Germany. Kodak Anastigmat F4.5 135 mm No. 1701. It comes with film holders and a case to hold spent film and a reflector. This is as found and has been in storage for many years. I find no damage to bellows etc. The case holding it all has been repaired with duct tape but still latches and serves the purpose.
