Vintage 1978 Set of 2 Straw Art Miniature Houses - Boxes 4 Jewelry Trinkets

• For your consideration is an adorableset of two miniature houses
• Actuallythese are trinket or jewelry boxes all hand made of balsa wood (most likely) covered with wheat straw designs, createdwith a marquetry-liketechnique
• The roofs / first floors come off to reveal fabric lined boxes. The taller house has actuallytwo compartments, one on eachfloor
• Both retain the original labels with a black cat at the undersides: "Reo Meow Made in China 1978"
• Great for collection, other models could be find here and there, but all are unique and not quite common

• Measurements: Approx. - the largerone is 5.75" wide x 3" deep x 5" tall; the taller one is 3.75" wide x 2" deep x 5.25" tall
