Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 1920's SETH THOMAS '8 Day' Brass Deco Round Dome Top Mantel Shelf Clock, made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company Thomaston Conn. USA. It has a Footed Brass Beehive Dome Top Tombstone Case with Brass Feet. The Dial is the Original Silver Metal Dial with Applied Brass Deco Arabic Numerals, Signed "Seth Thomas". It has a Seth Thomas Round Brass Mechanical 8 Day "Time and Strike" Key Wound Movement with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime, Which Strikes Correctly. The Movement is signed "ST Made in USA America 61694M". There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Correct Adjustable Pendulum. The Clock measures approx. 8" Tall x 5 1/2" Wide x 4 1/2" Deep. The Clock is in Working Condition and Winds and Sets and Strikes Correctly!
