United States Lines - A 5.25\" diameter side bowl or \"monkey\" dish marked with the early USL triangular logo. The dish would have been in Third Class aboard the LEVIATHAN.
The bowl is back-marked Buffalo China in a font style used in the 1920s. Also on back is name of New York ship chandler Kniffin & Demarest.
Excellent condition.
