quite good. there are some stains to the board and some light wear. spine still bright and visible, binding is solid. Internally clean and unmarked. end pages and title page lightly foxed, small faint water stain along bottom edge of first few pages, and about 6 pages have a light brown spot, the pages are just vaguely age-toned. Over all, It looks pretty darn good. please examine photos
