These will be carefully packed and quickly shipped. I do not personally test each light bulb. However, they have been carefully handled since I have had them, but since they are an older item I cannot guarantee fully that they each work for their advertised time.
My packing process is quite extensive- it includes wrapping each 4-pack in several layers of plastic wrap, then a complete layer of bubble wrap. Prior to adding them to boxes for shipment often additional bubble wrap, cardboard and other packing materials may be used to ensure the best chance for safe travels. Not responsible for any delays due to USPS or other carriers. Often I get the package to the post office the same day.
After extensive searching there are NO active recalls on these items and they do not pose a safety hazard. Their efficiency has been determined to not be up to the standards of today. Finding these can be very difficult. They will be priced accordingly and a times the price will be adjusted account for supplies and demand.
