You pay only one shipment for multiple orders.
So I try to combine all your orders into one package. If I see that you are offering on other items, I wait for the shipment to complete all your sales. I hope you understand. When you win multiple sales, I add bonus. I send always 1-2 business days after payment of the last item. Payment can be made after the completion of all your sales. At the end of the sale, ask about sending the invoice. I am sending international air transport, as a priority shipment.
I do not ship on weekends. Sometimes orders may delay due to holidays, bad weather, customs inspection and etc. If you didn’t receive the order 30 days after it was sent out, please contact me via message as soon as possible. If your address is changed, please BOTH change your address on PayPal and notify me via message before you make the payment. Otherwise the order might be lost or returned to me.
I put a small customs value on the customs declaration, "gift" and "Artifial Stone" on all packages going outside the EU. All this so you don't have to pay some extra fees and to make everything go faster at customs, the fossils are real.
Returns
If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable, then you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. We only accept the unopended/unused products. All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customerunless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
