This AISI 1095 KATANA is hand forged in the way of ancient Japanese making craft for those who want a real sword. It is assembled with authentic accessories ranging from ray skin ITO, tsuba, to sageo. It can practice well for real battle with its well hardness and flexibility.
Of Forge Details
Blade:The blade of the sword has been hand forged using the ancient method of sword making. Full hand forged, hand polished and hand sharpened, Furthermore, the blade was hand abrasived by multiple grade abrasive stone, totally according to the ancient process. this sword is strong enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper.
The blade was made of 1095 high carbon steel, and it has been laminated in a Maru style.
The Hi (blood groove) of this blade is different from other blades, there are two Hi on each side, one is longer and shallow which is from habaki to kissaki, one is shorter and deep which is from habaki to the middle of the blade, this not only allows for a lighter blade and audible response when swung. but also can balance the blade to achieve optimal performance. The tip of the blade is a O kissaki (Large Point length).
Tsuba: The Tsuba (guard) of the sword is made of High quality alloy. The Habiki (blade collar) is of high quality copper. Two Seppas (spacer) secure the Tsuba.
Tsuka: The Tsuka (handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over genuine Ray skin Samegawa with a black synthetic silk Ito. The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made of alloy. The Tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (peg). Two alloyed Menuki (ornament) are on each side of the Tsuka.
Saya：this saya (sheath) of the sword is hard wooden with a Black mat finish, the partly wrapped by the bamboo. A black cord Sage-O has been tied around the bright copper Kurigaga (knob) of the scabbard. the Koiguchi has been hardened.
NOTE:
A.The wooden sword stand in the picture is not included, if you need it, please contact me, we can give you it for free, but you just pay extra $15 for each one for shipping.
B.This sword can be taken apart fully anytime for maintenance purposes, you can disassemble the sword from the handle by taking out two pegs.
C.Please tell me the fittings number listed below after you place your order if you want to custom it with different fittings (tsuba, ito, sageo,saya). If you forget to tell us right after you place your order, please do this in 24 hours in avoid the sword has been sent out.

-Shipping to middle Europe and East Europe is $48 for each sword : For example Bulgaria，Yugoslavia, Latvia, Slovak，Croatia, But we cannot ship the sword to any country on the world because of the customs policy, please contact us before you buy anything.
-Cannot be shipped countries: Russia, Denmark，Mexico, Greece, Lithuanian，Turkey, Saudi Arabia，Malaysia.
