It is stamped: LUNKENHEIMER CO. CIN. as shown. It appears to be a CRANK - RATCHET system and everything moves freely! It is missing some parts - PLEASE VIEW ALL OF THE PICTURES FOR CONDITION AND COMPLETENESS!
