This is a very ornate mustache cup and saucer made by Koniglich Porzellanfabrik Tettau. The plain lion and shield maker's mark on the back puts it between 1885-1902. It was Prussia then, but eventually subsumed by Germany.
It is signed "G." on the back of each piece by the artist who hand painted them.
Absolutely beautiful pieces! I see no chips or scratches, minimal wear on the gold handle, and some wear to the gold edges of the saucer. See photos.
The gold accents have little raised dots. The blue flowers are very delicately painted.
