August 23, 1918Section 1 pages 1-8 and Section 2 pages 9-16 which are the correct number for those sections. We do not know if the paper originally had more sections.

This paper comes with a certificate of authenticity from Historic Newspaper Archives, number 195857.This paper has aged as many do with darkening, flaking and tears, but the stories and history can still be appreciated! A great item for history aficionados of WWI, the Russian revolution, and Americana of 1918. Paper will be shipped folded as it has been stored (see attached picture in plastic HNA pouch), and will be shipped flat between cardboard sheets due to the age of the paper.
Used, as-is. Section 1 pages 1-8 and Section 2 pages 9-16. We do not know if the original paper had more sections. Aged paper has darkened, edges are flaking, tears, spots. Vertical seam is mostly missing. Center is folded horizontally. See attached pictures.
