Antique 19th Century c1880’s French SilverPlated & Faux Turtle Shell Desk Clock.
This is an antique 19th century c1880’s French mantel / desk clock. This is in full working order. It has a beautiful triangular silver plated aluminium body with faux turtle shell to the front. There is damage to the turtle shell around the seven o\'clock position. The face is circular in shape with a white coloured chapter ring, black coloured numerals and black coloured hands. The face is protected by a flat glass window with a aluminium bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with noscratches, chips or cracks. To the rear of the clock there is access to theintegral winding key and time adjustment knob as well as the speed adjustmentlever.
