Antique 40 Oz. Cobalt Blue Enameled Steeled CREAM CAN w/LID (Germany)
Description of item...Here we have a beautiful cobalt blue enameled (over steel) CREAM CAN with a removable LID and a white enamel interior - believed to be German in manufacture (or another European country?) Riveted construction on the side can and handle. Also, magnet sticks.It measures approx. 9-1/2\" high x 3-3/4\" in diameter, can hold up to 40 ounces...to the brim.It is in good maintained (used) condition commensurate with its age. It is being offered in \"as found\" condition currently showing some exterior scuff/rub marks and a few minor small patches of enamel sliver loss here and there from handling and or movement throughout the years AND some interior white enamel loss (or chipping\'s) on the lid\'s edge...to be expected from age and use, not offensive (see close-up photo #6.)Came from a private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown. This item weighs approx. 1 lb., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
