Antique Dover Egg Beater Dover Stamping Co Cast-Iron Metal Hand Mixer 1891 Works For Sale

Cast iron egg beater manufactured by the Dover stamping company in Boston USA. The main wheel has patent dates of May 6, 1873, April 3, 1888, & November 24, 1891. Just below the top handle is a number 6. The crank handle still has its original wood grip! One of the egg beaters is misshapen as shown in the pictures. One of the gears has a partially broken tooth. There’s also a hairline crack in the loop of the top handle. Please see pictures. This egg meter is functional, but is difficult to turn.
