Antique French Grenadier Officer Sword, Double Fuller Saber, 38\" Antique French Grenadier Officer Sword, Double Fuller Saber, 38\" Excellent condition, beautiful brass handle with a flaming grenade emblem embossed on its guard. Very well crafted, double fuller, tip is intact. Sword measures 38\" long. Markings no longer visible, no engravings on blade which can confirm age. The 1880\'s version of this sword had a triangular blade. This one is flat. Ceremony scabbard included. We acquired it in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and initially thought this was from the Canadian Grenadier Guards located in town. They have the same emblem.
