This listing is for an Antique / Vintage ORIGINAL Street or Park Name Sign, which reads “PARK”. I believe it may be half of an original early 20th century or late 19th century sign (or one with an end lopped off) from downtown Pittsburgh PA. It is not marked by a maker or model number. It was found in Butler PA, just north of town, and could also be from the old city of Butler. A very heavy solid design, with a great legible font. The early industrial, almost “industrial primitive”, design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent piece for your collection, one your friends definitely wont have! Ready for hanging with original mounting holes, or framing at buyers preference. It is a great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor & more.
It is in good condition, with no major damage. It has no major rust, cracking / chipping, or other issues. Some light patina, a natural result of age. Looks like one end was cut short or it is half a sign.
