Antique Tiffany Studios New York #1645 Venetian Pattern Totally Enameled Stamp Box w/ an Aged Gilt Golden Bronze Patina was Properly Stamped and Hallmarked by Tiffany Artisans 100+Years Ago; has the original 3 section interior for stamps.
The box has the form of an Italian Renaissance cassone chest decorated with raised geometric designs with embossed background in assorted patterns with a rich gold patina with blackened highlights. The bottom has a Borderline of Ermines ( a sign of purity) frolicking in the flowers; The box is hinged with a tight hinge that opens and closes correctly with a latch closure. Marked "Tiffany Studios, New York, #1645" on the Underside.
