Up for your consideration is this SNAP-ON Tools #7 1/2 inch ratchet. Marked Milwaukee, USA, patent applied for and a 9, which indicates it was made in 1929. One side marked ON, the oher OFF. The plug doesn't come off.
Made of steel, it still works. In good condition, it has wear.
