Antique pair c. 1920 Thomas Forester & Sons England Art Noveau 12.5" Vases - EXC For Sale

Gorgeous pair c. 1920 rare Thomas Forester & Sons T.F. & S LTD England double handled brown glazed & gilded art noveau Vases measuring 12-1/2" tall with butterfly decoration. One side features a colorful butterfly and the other side has the same butterfly all in gold. They are a true pair, mirroring each other with slight variations. They are in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. They are 6" from handle to handle and 6" at widest point (base). The interior of the vases are glazed in gold and brown. They are marked on the underside with the number "5025" and marked with a faded T.F. & S LTD hallmark, Thomas Forester was a pottery manufacturer based in Longton, Staffordshire beginning in 1877. His Sons became official partners and incorporated to become Thomas Forester and Sons LTD in 1891.
