This is a very lightly used set of soft B. Toys B. Baby alphabet blocks. They are in excellent condition and it\'s difficult to see that they were ever taken out of the zipper storage bag. No noticeable blemishes. 6 blocks and 4 shaped pieces (2 rattle), 10 pieces total.

They come with everything shown in the photos. Please review the photos for actual condition and what is included as this item is being sold as is no returns.

The blocks are made of fabric and plastic, and do not require assembly or batteries. Suitable for both boys and girls, this unisex children\'s toy is perfect for ages 6 months to 144 months.

● RETURN POLICY

THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD AS IS, unless we make a mistake in the listing (see \"OUR FAULT\" section below) or arrives DOA or damaged in transit, so please review entire listing including photos and description carefully before offerding.

Please only purchase this item if you ARE 100% certain that it is precisely what you want or need. We understand that things can happen and we will certainly work with you, however, we do not have the capacity to offer the option to buy it, try it out and then return the item because the buyer changes their mind, or just wants something else, and having us pay for the return shipping.

IF

you request to return the item for the above reasons (Not Our Fault), you will be charged for all shipping costs.

If return request is accepted, all items must be returned unused and in the same exact condition (including all components/parts, tags & wrappers, shipping materials, box, supplies, etc...) as they were, and shipped within 14 days

you will receive only a partial refund for the item and pay all shipping costs.

● OUR FAULT:

If we make a mistake in our description or if an item arrives to you DOA or not as described (aside from any defects that have been previously disclosed in the description as some items are listed with defects mentioned) than we will offer a return. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it. If the issue is found to be due to our negligence, we will provide a full refund plus shipping. If the item appears to have been used by the buyer, or damaged caused by the buyer, and/or missing original parts or components or shipping supplies, we may not issue a full refund for the item and/or associated shipping costs.

● SHIPPING

We strive to ship all items as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to ship the same day or the day after items are purchased.

Shipping is calculated automatically based on precise weight, size and destination of package.

We can not ship to PO Boxes. Items purchased/won with PO Box shipping addresses will be cancelled and/or refunded immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all items very quickly. Once the item has been purchased, we are limited on changes that can be made to destination address and carrier. Buyers need to have the correct shipping address setup on their account as this is how calculates shipping and what gets applied to the shipping label. If your address is incorrect, and we ship the item, there is nothing we can do to reverse it. The item has been shipped. If you let us know that the address is incorrect prior to us shipping, we may have some options to edit or we may need to cancel the order, provide a refund and relist the item. In any event, this must be disclosed to us prior to us shipping.

We ship packages Monday - Friday by 4 pm EST, handling time may be longer if item is purchased on Friday after 3 pm as those packages may be shipped on Monday, (or Saturday if we are able to do so)

We ship all items USPS or FedEx Home Delivery.

● DAMAGES

We take extra care in packaging our shipments for safe arrival however, we are at the mercy of the shipping carrier to deliver the package undamaged.

We, as the sender do not have the option to file a claim with the shipping carrier if your package arrives damaged in any way. If this happens, we urge you to immediately take photos of the box, packaging materials and contents from multiple angles and file a claim with the shipping carrier. This may not only provide you some amount of reimbursement but also help prevent damages form continuing to occur.

Each shipping carrier has a web page that allows you, as the receiver, to file a claim for damages. You will need to provide photos as stated above,  the tracking number, and a description of the damage.
