BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE GERMAN WESTMINSTER CHIME CLOCK-VERY NICE For Sale

For your consideration is a GERMAN WESTMINSTER CHIME CLOCK, circa 1890\'s offered from my private collection. The case appears to be a dark Mahogany with lots of patina adding character to this clock case. The clock chimes on every quarter of the hour, and counts out the time on the hour with a beautiful resonating sound. Very gentle to the ear. The dial is silvered with signs of some wear, but this is normal for a clock of this age being over 100 yrs. old. The numeric numbers are bold, where you can read it from across the room. On the dial upper left with a arrow, you can adjust the chime to turn them to silent, or leave them on. The dial on the right top is for the adjustment of the clock Fast or Slower. On the bottom of the dial it reads MADE IN WURTTEMBERG GERMANY. The door holds the original beveled glass, no chips or scratches. The movement was recently cleaned and oiled, and is keeping good time. On the all brass movement it reads 156/4 140. Dimensions are as follows: 9\" left to right, 6 1/2\" wide, and 13 1/4\" top to bottom. I will double box this clock in two custom made cartons for its journey to you.
