Description

Cover pencils by Fred Ray, inks by Jerry Robinson. \"Stone Walls Do Not a Prison Make,\" script by Bill Finger, pencils by Bob Kane, inks by Jerry Robinson and George Roussos (backgrounds); From prison, Big Mike Russo is able to have his gang kidnap the warden, replace him and the guards with a look alike, then use the prison as a base of operations to commit crimes while providing alibis to those committing them; Batman figures that the only way to uncover this scenario is to get put in prison himself. \"The Strange Case of Professor Radium!\", script by Bill Finger, pencils by Bob Kane, inks by Jerry Robinson and George Roussos (backgrounds); A scientist finds a way to use radium to bring the dead back to life, and he uses himself as a guinea pig; Although the experiments are successful, the Professor pays dearly for his discovery, for, in the end, as Batman says, it has created a Frankenstein monster. 2-page Chief Hot Foot story by Henry Boltinoff. \"The Superstition Murders!\", script by Bill Finger, pencils by Bob Kane (signed), inks by Jerry Robinson and George Roussos (backgrounds); The cast of a stage production decides to have a \"superstition\" party, intentionally carrying out every well-known superstition they can think of; But when one of them is killed, Batman and Robin enter the fray to single out the perpetrator of the deed. \"The Cross-Country Crimes!\", script by Bill Finger, pencils by Bob Kane, inks by Jerry Robinson and George Roussos (backgrounds); The Caped Crusaders are invited to Washington D.C. to meet with the head of the FBI, but the Joker shows up and shoots the G-Man. 68 Pages, Full Color.
