Beautiful Department 56 55041 Elvis Presley's Graceland Special Ed. Gift Set NIB For Sale

Got this from a large collector - my assessment is this has never been removed from the box. Everything visible is still in factory wrapping, I took out the gate and pieces (not assembled) and have the factory Styrofoam pictured - including pieces in tact thay would need to be moved and probably show some wear if the house was ever to come out! The box has some tiny wear from storage. Treat this as "open box" but I would be shocked if it's ever come out of this packaging.
