I have been traveling the Himalayan areas like Dharamshala for the last few years, and have brought back only a few treasures to pass on. This mala is the highest quality of antique bodhi seed from Nepal. At 9mm, it is a very manageable size for mala practice. The smaller size of this quality of beads goes up exponentially in price.

This quality and variety of bodhi seed is the favorite of most Tibetan monks and nuns, these beads feel great, and I used this mala at the HHDL temple several times.

It’s an expensive Mala, but keep in mind that coral, amber, and turquoise along with the beads were expensive, and I paid fair prices to my friends to obtain these.
