Boyer Old Paris Hand Painted Monogrammed Floral Cobalt & Gold Sauce Tureen BNice antique mid 19th century Old Paris / Vieux Paris French porcelain sauce tureen with attached under tray. Decorated with hand painted pink roses over cobalt bands, gold bands, and hand painted small red, yellow, and blue flowers framed in green dotted ovals. With a scripted gilt monogram over a blue medallion framed in gold gilding on either side. Marked on the base Boyer Rue De La Paix in gold gilding. Has some wear to the gilding, and a tight crack with several small branches in the white of the lid, and a chip to the edge of the lid that has been broken out and glued back in, but otherwise good condition.Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches long x 6 inches wide x 4 5/8 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.KW
