I have for sale this super nice and in very good overall condition, and pretty hard to find cherry lamp with fabulous frog skin patina. Its a 1905-1925 arts and crafts overlay/filligree Bradley and Hubbard lamp. The glass in this shade with great color, with all the filligree all present and accounted for and all glass holding tabs present as well. No breaks or losses in the glass to be seen. As for the base, it is properly signed Bradley and Hubbard, please see photo, and its in original patina and in fine working order. The base with its original three socket cluster consisting of three Hubbell sockets also in great matching frog skin patina and acorn pulls. Very very hard to find the original 100 year old sockets in excellent frog skin patina condition. Just the sockets alone folks, worth roughly 250-300 bucks. The base recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. There is also no damage at all to the heavy base meaning no dents or dings. The lamp measuring 24 inches tall and the shade 19 inches wide. So all in all, a super nice arts and crafts style lamp by one of the best makers there ever was and incredibly heavy and well built so you cant beat that. TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS
buyers please remember that I am selling antiques and that there should be a degree of expectation on your part in knowing that there will be normal aging and minor imperfections towards an item that is 75 to 100 years old. Chances are if there aren't any, it's a newer item and you shouldn't want it anyways. In other words, a minor blemish on some metalwork belonging to a large shade or a 1/16 by 1/16 of a paint flake missing, please try and be reasonable. I really don't want to do a refund because the finial ( typically a 10.00 piece ) isn't perfect on a 2,000.00 lamp. I always describe the important aspects towards condition reports and sometimes my eye misses what I deem immaterial issues such as the aforementioned sentence. It seems the more experienced an antique dealer or buyer is, the more understanding of condition they are. That being said, if you think you're going to be a difficult buyer because you want perfection in a 100 year old piece, please purchase another seller's product. has made it very difficult for sellers in the past few years yet I'm a good seller who wants to be fair and all I ask for is a fair buyer to do business with. Thanks for your understanding
