Length of blade 32 inches or 82 cm. Blade has a mark : \"W. CLAUBERG SOLINGEN.\"Blade has patriotic engraving with \" U.S.\" ( see picture).On the other side of the blade is an eagle with open wings. On the eagle\'s chest letters: US ( see picture).Sword has wooden handles with leather andwire. Sword has metal guard. Guard is in good condition. Sword has metal scabbard with two rings for belt connection. Sword in the scabbard movestightly. This sword is not only a weapon, but part of US military history.
