Postcards under $20: shipping method is standard envelope (delivered by the post office). Postcard(s) will be shipped with a plastic sleeve in a semi-rigid envelope.
Standard Envelope: they are not scanned into the system like regular packages are, so the tracking can be unreliable. Your item may say it is ?delivered? or ?out for delivery? when it arrives at your local sorting center, not your home address.
