****************MAKE AN OFFER glass decorated toothpick holder in a silver plate frame measuring 6.75\" tall overall. Glass is decorated with an enameled pattern of florals made of dots, and I believe that maker is Harrach, as the quality is not like the Mt. Washington pieces I have. No damage to the glass, but some scuffs from the metal frame that can be seen only when removed. Metal frame is original and uncleaned, and shows tarnish and maybe areas of plate loss (I\'ve never tried to polish it). Frame is signed a shown. A rare toothpick, I believe, and from my own collection.
