This sale is for a-Dept. 56 Christmas In The City 2001 \"Tavern In The Park\". It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The fancy restaurant is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 71/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord adapter is included along with the flag for the roof. The detail is great ,it will stand out in your village display. It waspurchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
