* This version RETIRED quickly after production began. The current version being sold is made of resin. This is one of the rare buildings from the original production line made of CERAMIC. It's sure to be a very sought after version of this building in the future.
* This building is the originally released, CERAMIC, version of "Disneyland's Haunted Mansion" replica from the California park.
* Only produced for a few months before Department 56 made the decision to change the material from ceramic to resin due to issues noted during production. There are NO issues with the items that made it through the shrinking process successfully and were eventually shipped to retailers.
* This building was inspected for damage and is found to be in perfect shape and will be shipped in the original SHIPPING box as well as in the original storage Styrofoam box with cover.
*** All Department 56 items are very FRAGILE. Please take care to only handle by the solid ceramic sections of the building.
** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate "germs" on the surface. Specific virus names cannot be listed here per policy (apparently); however, you know which one we are targeting.
Shipping personnel are masked and gloved, while your purchase is packed into its final shipping box. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box.
