All orders are set to have 1 day handling time as we are in the Top Seller Plus program. We do use multiple shipping carriers. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends may not have tracking updated within 24 hours. The postal service does not operate on Sundays and holidays generally, so this may also cause a delay. We do our best to help limit ship times by shipping products as quickly as we can. However once a product is received by the carrier it is outside of our control. We do not currently ship to international destinations. Some international destinations that are part of the global shipping program may be eligible. If your location is not included then unfortunately we cannot ship to your destination.
Returns
All items sold are eligible for 30 day returns. If you are having any issues after 30 days please feel free to still reach out and we can discuss some possible options. Because we are set to offer returns all shipping labels should be free through . There should be no need to purchase return shipping. We offer returns on all items within 30 days regardless of reason. Anything past the 30 days we can discuss possible options.
