Double Bit Axe Head 3 lb 2 oz W C Kelly ?? For Sale

Double bit axe head. It looks like the engraving says WC on it and 3 1/2. I have no idea what brand it is. It is 9 1/2\" long with a 4 5/8\" blade on one side and 4 1/8\" blade on the other side. It is 3 1/8\" tall where the handle goes. It weighs 3 lbs 2 oz. This axe has had a rough life.One end was sharpened way more than the other so one end is shorter than the other. It has scratches and surface rust. The blades are dull and have small chips out of them.
