This is a FRANKLIN MINT COLLECTABLE that began in FEBRUARY, 1986. According to thefoldout, onewould subscribe to THE GUNS THAT WON THE WEST & would receive 2 miniature pewter guns every other month. Thislisting comeswith the Case that was \"complementary\" to the subscription, a foldout with info. about the collection & the complete 25 PIECE COLLECTION OF MINIATURE PEWTER GUNS. The foldout is in FAIR CONDITION, readable with wear; the Wooden Case is 21\" x 13\" x 2 1/2\", with a Transparent Lid & fitted Brass Lock& Key. The Lock & Key are intact &it Does lock; there isminor wear to the case with light scratching to the plastic cover. The inside is clean--you can seesome wear from the items sitting in the case for some time.The \"slots\" are referred to as \"fitted slots,\" which is true in that you placeyour items in the slots, but they don\'t \"fit\"snugly or lock in place. Because of this,theminiatures will be wrapped separately, not individually, placed in a baggie & put in theCase.The new owner may place the guns as desired.
