This incredibly rare mineral specimen from the Sweetwater Mine near Ellington Missouri flaunts a stunning double terminated golden scalenohedral Calcite crystal perched aesthetically on a sea of cream colored Dolomite crystals which have little crystal clusters of Chalcopyrite sprinkled all over. The Calcite crystal is perfectly naturally faceted and gemmy clear. The size of the Calcite crystal is about 3.4cm long and the dimensions of this specimen are 14.6 x 8.8 x 4.4 cm. The specimen weighs 578 grams. This stunning mineral specimen would make for a wonderful addition to anyone's mineral collection.
