Here we have a really cool filmation studios He-Man publicity cel/advertising cel print for the original toys done on transparent film. The size is 8.5x11 in. This is not a hand-painted animation cel. This is more like a Sericel. This image was transferred onto a piece of transparent film. This is a modern concept of a vintage design. This piece needs to be displayed on a white background for it to display properly due to it being semi-transparent. See last picture for example.
