Hanlon SwordOur factory has used only traditional method for Chinese sword making, each blade is individually hand forged, heat treated, tempered and polished by skilled hands creating a true battle ready and perfect sword which is considered not only for its elegant lines and simple beauty, but also for the technique and skill that went into its construction.
This is a Chinese sword with double edges. The blade is made of 1095 high carbon steel and Damascus steel by following traditional process. 1095 carbon steel is wrapped by Damascus steel as a core, after sharpening it is exposed as the cutting edge. Damascus steel is folded forged 14 times before it is forged together with 1095 carbon steel. The sword can be used for self-protection, gifts, cutting practice and so on. It is very strong for cutting on tameshigiri, bamboos, bones, iron things(wire and can), etc.It features perfect sharpness, cold glitter, optimal integration of the metal\'s hardness and softness, and exquisite carving on its blade, scabbard and handle.
